I understand that all monies raised during the 2025-2026 year will be used for DDM (Dance Dynamic Memphis) The Company fees. I must participate in two fundraisers in order to be eligible to receive fundraising money.

 

I understand that disbursement of all fundraising money will occur at the end of the season during the June nationals party. Any other disbursements are distributed for emergency use only with approval of the DPC officers and Annette Wilson.

 

If my dancer does not attend the National Dance Competition, I will forfeit all monies earned during the year whether it is an individual fundraiser or a group fundraiser. 

 

If I have an outstanding balance with Dance Dynamics at the end of the season, my fundraising monies will be used to pay that balance and the remainder will be disbursed to me via check.

I agree to pay yearly dues of $30 per dancer. This fee will cover the items for the Nationals party as well as the Nationals t-shirt.
