I understand that all monies raised during the 2024-2025 year will be used for DDM (Dance Dynamic Memphis) The Company fees. I must participate in two fundraisers in order to be eligible to receive fundraising money.

I understand that I have 2 opportunities to receive disbursements of funds:  immediately prior to the first competition and again at the end of the season during the nationals party. Any other disbursements are distributed for emergency use only with approval of the DPC officers and Annette Wilson.

If I choose that my child will not attend the National Dance Competition, I will forfeit all monies earned during the year whether it is an individual fundraiser or a group fundraiser. 

After all outstanding fees are paid to Dance Dynamics, the remaining balance will be given in a check the night of the Nationals Party.

I agree to pay yearly dues of $30 per dancer. This fee will cover the items for the Nationals party as well as the Nationals t-shirt.
